FDD was engaged to transform what was an ramshackle 4 level Victorian pub into 2 dwellings + commercial premises.
Garrick was referred to us , he made himself available very quickly and assisted us in getting the project started with lots of referrals, recommendations, and advice before us even engaged his firm!
We found FDD to be honest, reliable, and practical. Their collective expertise allowed from much creative problem solving which was absolutely essential on a project like ours. Most of all - their workmanship is top quality and they charge reasonable rates. There was no problem in getting them back to fix problems or to complete work. We are using FDD for another 2 story addition to our heritage property in 2013, a much simpler project I know I will be able to leave entirely up to them to get on with and complete on time.

I am so happy with my finished building! It was never going to be an easy build given the increase in floor space, the commercial location and site constraints associated with Stonemasons. This property had been a vacant and derelict terrace for many years and occupied a difficult narrow site of only 4.2 mts.
