Established in 1999 by Garrick Curtis. Fine Designs & Developments (FDD) is a family business with a team of full time carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and tilers. Fine Designs & Developments has experience in Residential Works from New Architecturally Designed Home's, to extensions and renovations to existing. FDD also specialise in adaptive re-use of buildings particularly in the Inner City/West suburbs of Sydney.

FDD has been successfully engaged to transform run down heritage buildings and transform them into either - large family homes, multi dwellings, commercial premises or a combination of. FDD has extensive experience in all of these propositions. From managing all the stakeholder aspects of the - client, architects, planners, heritage consultants to bring the project to the best possible result.

FDD have worked on over a dozen heritage buildings in Sydney's inner west over the last 10 years. All of their work has been from word-of-mouth referrals from past Clients.

FDD Principal started his career in Structural Engineer where he remained in that field for 12 years until his clients started making requests for him to project manager builds and from there he started his own building business.

FDD is a small, specialist building business that wants to stay that way. Garrick believes this is the only way to manage quality control and deliver outstanding outcomes for the client.
